This was one challenging production, quite an undertaking but Director Bill Few survived last year's run of High School Musical (One) and is back for another dish of Disney. With over 60 kids in the cast using 30 wireless headset mics to the very musical pumping production numbers there is constant motion all around. The theater adds to the challenges as all PA and much as the lighting was brought in, flown, teched, programmed and locked down. The stage is extended with wings, stairs-even a second level of lighting and cyc curtain. The talented cast of high-schoolers has been rehearsing for months and have full schedules beyond the production. They do become believeable characters, some change costumes over 11 times. All of this made our tech crew work hard to meet the challange of a great production. As the song goes,"We're all in this together."
